Duncan native opening dealerships in Duncan

A Duncan native is ready to open his auto dealership in Duncan on Saturday.

David Le Norman, owner of Merit Auto Group, will host a grand opening event for the dealership from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 27.

Le Norman said he considers Duncan his hometown.

A few of Le Norman’s favorite memories of Duncan include football games and friendships.

“I have many great memories in Duncan,” Le Norman said. “I was a part of two state championship football teams and a state championship track team, but most of all I treasure the lifelong friendships I made.”

Le Norman remembers his significance of the McCasland family building the cancer treatment center.

“Years later, one significant highlight was teaming up with the McCasland family to build a cancer treatment facility in our hometown,” Le Norman said. “The quality of care for our fellow residents and simply knowing many of the patients on a personal level made the experience particularly rewarding and special.”

Le Norman said he will always be a Duncan Demon.
